Therapy and coaching sessions are all about you and what you want to be different in how you're living your life.
Therapy is about changing how you feel - breaking out of unhelpful thinking patterns and emotional states, learning from the past and letting it go. Therapy invites a new future, with more enjoyment of life and being at peace with who and how you are.
Coaching uses the same techniques and mind tools, with the focus more on enhancing the way you live on a day-to-day basis. Coaching covers anything you can think of, including personal development such as confidence and assertiveness, improving communication in all types of relationships, overcoming learning challenges and achieving goals.

How many sessions will I need?
How many sessions you might want or need is one of those questions like 'how long is a piece of string?'. There are too many factors to consider to make an accurate prediction, however NLP is generally a brief intervention therapy and most common issues can be completely resolved with less than six sessions, and sometimes with just one or two.
Whether it's your first session or your last, Sylvia's goal is always that you leave the session feeling substantially better and more in charge of your situation than when you arrived.
What does it cost?
A standard session is around 1 hour - it may be less or more, depending on your needs at the time. Longer sessions (sometimes known as 'breakthrough sessions') are available by arrangement.
